Most of our office moves run after-hours, on Saturdays, or in long weekends to avoid disrupting trading. We coordinate building access with both old and new building managers, secure loading dock bookings, and obtain after-hours security clearance. Our crews work in shifts where required and we scale truck and team size to compress the move into the available window. For larger projects we will run a phased move so critical departments stay operational throughout.
IT Equipment, Files & Specialised Items
Workstations, monitors, server racks, multi-function printers and cabling all get individual attention. We label, photograph and crate where appropriate so re-installation in the new space is straightforward. Filing cabinets are kept upright and locked; if you need files boxed and barcoded for compliance, we can do that too.
